Who is behind this site

This site documents real-time taxation research and development: an architecture for verification, auditability and compliance by design, with the VAT split-payment pilot as its first application. The work is built with mintBlue and the Dutch Tax Administration, tested in a research-and-development setting with market parties taking part in trials. The pages here explain what has been proven and what is still concept, and point to the primary sources behind each claim.

Who we are

mintBlue is the technology partner behind this site, working with the Dutch Tax Administration on the research described here. Both named contacts are public members of the published innovation report team: Niels van den Bergh, CEO of mintBlue, and Pieter Den Dooven, CTO of mintBlue. Either will route your enquiry to the right person.

A public protocol, designed and integrated by mintBlue in collaboration with the Dutch Tax Administration.
